Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:
- The curd should be fresh and at room temperature.
- Curd shouldn’t be sour.
- Keep the flame low before adding curd. Then stir curd continuously till comes to one boil, otherwise, the curd will curdle.
- The salt should be added after the curd starts boiling, otherwise, the curd will curdle.
