Dahi Wale Lasaniya Aloo is a very popular and delicious sabji. The potatoes are cooked in the curd based gravy and have an amazing taste of garlic. This goes well with poori, roti or paratha or even with rice. It is quick and easy to prepare and does not require much preparation. If you have short of time to don’t have to cook much then this is a perfect option. This does not require much preparation and time for cooking. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- To make any curd based gravy, it is recommended to use ghee/clarified butter. It enhances the flavour of gravy.
- First of all cook the potatoes then add curd. Make sure to switch off the flame while adding curd.
- Add pounded garlic to the gravy at last because the taste of raw garlic is just amazing.
