Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- To make pittod, first mix the ingredients in the pan then cook it on a low flame. Keep stirring the mixture.
- For curd based gravy, always switch off the flame then add curd to the pan.
- Cook the gravy on a low flame while stirring it continuously until it is boiled.
- After adding pittod do not cook it for more. Else, the pittod may break.
