Tips and Suggestions by a Mom Chef:
- Ghee can be used instead of oil.
- Green chilli is optional, if you want you can prepare this sabji with red chilli powder only.
- Boiled bottle gourd should be added to this sabji, otherwise curd may curdle.
- Turn off the flame immediately after adding curd to the pan.
- Boiled potato can be added instead of bottle gourd with mustard seeds to the tadka.
