- While cooking the dal, remember to let all the ingredients boil first and then close the lid. Doing this will help to avoid the water from spilling.
- You can add red chilli powder according to your taste if you like to eat it spicy.
- Since you have already added turmeric powder and salt while boiling the dal, remember to add salt and turmeric powder according to that while preparing the dal fry.
