Dal Ke Pakode is a mouthwatering pakoda for everyone. This is a dish prepared on the occasion of Sankrant in Jaipur. This tastes amazing with a hot cup of tea. This uses moong dal, Chawla ki dal along with some spices. Moreover, it is quick and easy to prepare. This has a crispy texture from outside with a soft center. It goes well with any type of chutney. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Chaule ki Dal is added for crispiness, if not available, then Pakode can be made with Moong dal only or green whole moong dal can be added.
- You can adjust the spiciness of the pakoda according to your taste.
- Do not add water while grinding the soaked dal.
- If you forgot to soak the dal and want to make the pakoda then soak the dal in the hot water for 1 hour. Then it is ready to use.
