Detox Salad is a tempting and very healthy salad. This has spinach, beetroot, carrot, tomato, walnut, mint leaves, pomegranate seeds and juice, yoghurt. Adding roasted cumin powder enhances the taste of the salad. These all the ingredients are a very rich source of anti-oxidants. This salad is not only nutritious but also very filling and tasty. It fulfils all the nutritional requirements of the body. You can have this salad once a week to detox your body. This salad is helpful for weight loss. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- You can use lettuce or any other leafy vegetables to make this salad.
- Use diced tomato if you do not have cherry tomatoes.
- For sweetness, you can use honey. Add honey to the dressing.
- Use black salt or rock salt as they are very good for detox.
