Dhaniya Mirch Ka Paratha is a calcium-rich quick breakfast recipe. 

Dhaniya Mirch Ka Paratha is nice coriander and capsicum flavored dish. It is a quick lunch or dinner option for busy weekdays. You can easily prepare this paratha with easily available ingredients from your kitchen. In addition, you can serve it with curd or pickle. Ingredients

  • Whole wheat dough / Gehu ka aata - As required
  • Clarified butter / Ghee - As required
  • Water - As required
  • Capsicum / Shimla mirch (Red and green) - 1/2 Cup
  • Coriander leaves / Hara dhaniya - A handful
  • Red chilli powder / Lal mirch powder - As required
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Onion seeds / Kalonji - As required
  • Sesame seeds / Til - As required
  • tsp = teaspoon
  • tbsp = tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take the medium soft wheat dough and make round shaped big circular peda from the dough. Dust it with flour and roll a peda to make a paratha.
  2. Apply ghee to it. Join the edges of the paratha and seal it. Dust it with flour and roll it to make a paratha.
  3. Sprinkle some drops of water on it. Spread capsicum and coriander leaves on it. Sprinkle red chilli powder, salt, onion seeds, and sesame seeds. Now slightly roll it.
  4. Meanwhile, heat a tawa. grease it with ghee. Place the prepared paratha on the tawa. Cook on one side.
  5. Flip it once it is slightly brown, apply ghee on both sides, and cook it on a low to medium flame. Press the paratha while cooking it to make it crispy.
  6. Once done. Take it out to the serving plate.
  7. 'Dhaniya Mirch Ka Paratha' is ready to be served.
