Tips and suggestions by the Mom Chef:-
- The cast iron pan/tawa should be thick as it eases the process of making dosa.
- If the salt is less, then also the dosas do not come out well. Hence, check the amount of salt.
- It is not necessary to clean the cast iron tawa every-time, as it can be prepped before making the dosas.
