Eggless Chocolate Cupcakes In Pan is the perfect dessert for any occasion. It is beautiful, delicious, and the perfect cake for kids as well as for adults. The ingredients we used for the cake are vanilla essence, maida, baking powder, milk, cocoa powder, sugar, curd, and oil. You don’t need an oven, mold to prepare these cupcakes, because we make them in a pan. The measurement of the cake should be perfect otherwise, there are chances, that the cake does not bake well. This cake is easy enough for beginners but is beautiful enough for even the fanciest celebration.   • Odorless and colorless oil should be used to make the cake.
  • The ratio of milk to curd should be 1:1.
  • Small steel bowls can be used to prepare these cupcakes.
  • Use a heavy bottom pan to prepare this cupcake.
  • check the cake by inserting a toothpick. If it comes out clean then the cake is ready.
  • FOR MAKING EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES IN OTG :
  • Preheat OTG at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
  • Bake cupcakes at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.

Ingredients

  • All purpose flour / Maida - 1 & 1/2 Cups
  • Powdered sugar - 3/4 Cup
  • Cocoa powder - 3 Tablespoons
  • Baking soda - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Oil - 1/2 Cup
  • Curd - 1/2 Cup
  • Milk - 1/2 Cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Salt - As required
  • Chocolate chips - As required

Instructions

  1. FOR PREPARING THE PAN TO BAKE CUPCAKES :
  2. Add salt to a heavy bottom pan. Put a big heightened bowl on salt. Add some salt to the bowl also. Then put a big plate on the bowl. Plate should not touch the pan. Now cover that pan with a deep big bowl.
  3. Then heat prepared heavy bottom pan for 10 minutes on low flame.
  4. FOR PREPARING EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES :
  5. Take a bowl and put a sieve on it. Add all purpose flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder. Sieve dry ingredients. Mix well. Keep them aside.
  6. Now take another big bowl. Add oil, curd, milk, and vanilla essence. Whisk it properly.
  7. Now add dry ingredients to it. Mix well with a spatula using the cut and fold method (Cut the batter from center then fold from the sides to mix). Keep the medium consistency batter.
  8. Then take the paper cup. Pour the batter to 1/4 of the cup and put chocolate chips on it.
  9. Now place the prepared cups on the plate of the preheated pan. Bake cupcakes for 35 minutes on low to medium flame.
  10. After 35 minutes, check the cake by inserting a toothpick. If it comes out clean then the cake is ready.
