Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-

• To melt the chocolate, instead of using the double boiler method, you can melt the chocolate in a microwave for 30 seconds twice.
• You can use any butter that is available at home. If it is not salted, then add a pinch of salt and mix it.
• To check if the brownie has been baked properly, poke a toothpick or a knife into it, and if it comes out clean, it means that it is baked properly.
• You can also use powdered sugar instead of caster sugar.
