Tips and suggestions by a Mom Chef:
- Add water carefully, the dough requires little amount of water.
- Keep the flame low while making gathiya in hot oil.
- Fry gathiya for 2 to 3 minutes on the high flame from one side. Then flip it to fry from another side. Don’t flip it immediately.
- Use any slotted spoon with round holes can be used instead of gathiya maker machine.
