Tips and Suggestions by a Mom Chef:
- To remove the smell of mustard oil : Take salt on your palm and add a drop of water to it. Add it to the hot oil.
- The ratio of carrot, white radish, and cauliflower should be 1:1.
- Add sugar to enhance the taste of pickle.
- You can add mustard oil as per your choice.
- You can consume this pickle for 15 days.
