- The ratio of water to rice flour should be 2:1.
- The rice four should be added to water only after the water boils.
- Leftover water of squeezed white radish can be added to boiling water to prepare rice flour dough.
- Gram flour should be added to the stuffing to soak excess water and to make nice tasty paratha.
- If you don’t have rice flour, wash the rice and spread it on a kitchen towel for 10 minutes, then grind it to prepare the flour from it.
- The dough should be prepared while the rice flour mixture is lukewarm.
- Take a big ball sized part of the dough to make a round shaped circular peda from the dough.
- Mustard oil can be used to roast the paratha instead of ghee.
