Green Chutney | Coriander Chutney is a delicious and healthy chutney.

Green Chutney | Coriander Chutney is quick and easy chutney. This is very healthy as this uses coriander leaves, curry leaves and one secret ingredient cucumber peels. This is very simple and hassle-free recipe. You can serve it as a dip for any snacks or use to make sandwiches and many more dishes. This is very nutritious and good for the hair and our health. Everyone will love this chutney. So, try to make it at home and enjoy. Do share your feedback with us.

This chutney was prepared by Bharti Mehta – a lovely Grandmom from Gujarat.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-

  • You can skip coriander leaves if you want. You can make it with cucumber peels and curry leaves.
  • For the chutney to be green, add little chilled water or ice cubes or 1 teaspoon oil while grinding it.

Ingredients

  • Dhaniya Patta/ Coriander Leaves - a handful
  • Curry Patta/ Curry Leaves - few
  • Cucumber Peels - peels of 1 cucumber
  • Roasted Moongfali/ Peanuts - 2 Tablespoon crushed
  • Hari Mirch/ Green Chilli - 2
  • Adrak/ Ginger - 1/2 Inch piece
  • Nimbu Ras/ Lemon - juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Cheeni/ Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
  • Namak/ Salt - as per taste
  • Thanda Paani/ Chilled water - 2 Tablespoon or Ice Cubes - 2

Instructions

  1. Grind green chilli, ginger, curry leaves, cucumber peels, sugar, salt, crushed peanuts, coriander leaves, lemon juice, a little chilled water or ice cubes in a grinder jar to make a smooth paste.
  2. Transfer the chutney to a bowl.
  3. Delicious 'Green Chutney | Coriander Chutney' is ready to be served.
