- The tomato should be finely chopped to make this sabji.
- Adding sugar is optional.
- If you want, you can add jaggery as well instead of sugar.
- You can add any type of namkeen sev to the sabji.
- Turn off the flame before adding the namkeen sev to the sabji.
- Add the namkeen sev just before the serving otherwise, the namkeen sev will become soggy.
