Hot Rusk Snack | Toast Spread is a unique and mouthwatering recipe.

Hot Rusk Snack | Toast Spread is simple and easy to prepare within a few minutes. Just prepare the mixture, spread it on the rusk, and heat it on a low flame for a few seconds. It has the goodness of veggies, you can add more and more veggies to make it more nutritious. The flavor of veg mayonnaise, the crunch of veggies and rusk, makes it more and more delicious. Ingredients

  • Rusk/ toast - 4
  • Veg mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Hung curd - 2 tablespoons
  • Onion - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
  • Capsicum (red, yellow, green) - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
  • Parboiled corn kernels - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - as required
  • Mixed herbs - as required
  • Red chili flakes - as required
  • Black pepper powder - as required
  • Ghee/ clarified butter - as required
  • Grated cheese - as required

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add veg mayonnaise, 1 tbsp onion, 1 tbsp capsicum, 1 tbsp corn kernels, salt, mixed herbs, red chili flakes, and black pepper powder. Mix it well.
  2. In another bowl, add hung curd, 1 tbsp onion, 1 tbsp capsicum, 1 tbsp corn kernels, salt, mixed herbs, red chili flakes, and black pepper powder. Mix it well.
  3. Now, take 4 rusks and spread the veg mayonnaise mixture on 2 of the rusk and spread the hung curd mixture on another 2 rusks.
  4. Heat a pan and grease it with the ghee. Place the spread toast and sprinkle grated cheese, mixed herbs, and chili flakes. Cover the pan for a few seconds on a low flame and turn off the flame.
  5. Delicious Hot Rusk Snack | Toast Spread is ready to be served.
