Tips and Suggestions by a Mom Chef:
- Boil the milk more than lukewarm.
- froth up the milk in the casserole to make it light and fluffy.
- You can put the curd bowl in the aate ka dibba (flour dibba) instead of microwave/OTG.
- Microwave/OTG should be switched off while putting the curd casserole/bowl into it.
- If you are preparing the curd in the summer, don’t put the casserole in the microwave/OTG. Keep it at room temperature.
- If the curd becomes sour, add 2 dry coconut flakes while preparing curd to keep the curd as it is for 3 to 4 days.
