Ingredients

  • FOR PREPARING COFFEE :
  • Coffee Powder - 1 tbsp + For garnishing
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Water - As required
  • Hot milk - 1 Cup
  • FOR PEELING BOILED POTATO EASILY :
  • Potato / Aloo - 3
  • Water - As required
  • Ice cubes - As required
  • FOR CLEANING WOODEN SPATULAS :
  • Used and sticky wooden spatulas
  • Water - As required
  • tbsp = tablespoon

Instructions

  1. FOR PREPARING COFFEE :
  2. Take coffee powder, sugar, add little water in a wide big bowl.
  3. Whisk it using a strainer for 4 to 5 minutes till it becomes a thick frothy mixture.
  4. Take 2 tsp of the prepared coffee mixture in a serving cup.
  5. Pour the milk into the serving cup from a height to create a frothy layer on top. Garnish it with coffee powder.
  6. FOR PEELING BOILED POTATO EASILY :
  7. Take potato and make a little slit around its skin. Likewise, prepare all potatoes.
  8. Then transfer them into a pressure cooker and add water. Now cover the pressure cooker with its lid.
  9. Cook it on medium flame till 7 to 8 whistles. Once done, turn off the flame. Let it cool down. Then open it.
  10. Take ice cubes and water in a bowl to make cold water. Transfer the boiled potatoes in cold water.
  11. Then peel them. You can peel them easily.
  12. FOR CLEANING WOODEN SPATULAS :
  13. Boil water in a dip pan. Now put the used and sticky wooden spatulas into the hot water and boil the water for 3 to 4 minutes until the stickiness is removed.
  14. When the water becomes dirty and oil floats on the water, turn off the flame. Take out spatulas and wipe it using tissue paper.
