Hummus | Classic Hummus is a popular Mediterranean dip. This uses chickpeas or Kabuli chana which are very nutritious and rich in protein. You can make this dip without using Tahini paste. This just needs boiled chickpeas, sesame seeds/til, garlic, lemon, olive oil, red chilli flakes. This does not require much preparation and cooking time. Moreover, you can serve this as a chutney or dip. Everyone in the family will love this. So, try to make this dip at home and let us know your feedback.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- If you want you can peel garlic then use. In this recipe, garlic was added with its peel.
- You can add red chilli powder instead of red chilli flakes. Adjust the spiciness as per your taste.
- Serve this dip with Nachos | Multigrain Nachos or any vegetables like carrot, capsicum or other snacks.
