Instant Ragi Dosa is prepared with ragi millet which is also known as finger millet. The main ingredients are ragi flour and rice flour. Rice flour is used for binding purpose. This dosa has variation in taste and flavour. It is an instant recipe for crisp and thin texture. Ragi is easily digestible and very nutritious. Ragi is a nutrient-dense grain and superfood. It is rich in calcium and extremely beneficial. Thus it aids in keeping the bones strong. Serve ragi dosa with any vegetable dish, sambar or coconut chutney.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:
- You can replace buttermilk with curd also.
- Add enough water to get the pouring consistency else your dosa will not be crispy.
- You can replace rice flour with besan (gram flour).
