Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- You can avoid garlic in the gravy if you want.
- You can adjust the spiciness according to your taste.
- If you want you can add malai/homemade cream to the curry to give it a rich taste. Add it after gravy to curry is cooked completely. Add the malai, mix, and immediately switch off the flame.
- Serve this curry with tawa tandoori roti or lachha paratha.
