Tips and suggestions by the Mom Chef:-
- Almonds and peanuts must be lukewarm while grinding. So, that it oozes out oil directly and helps to bind the laddu.
- If you want you can add ghee/clarified butter also.
- First roast the almonds and peanuts, and switch off the gas flame. Utilize the heat of the pan to saute together the sesame seeds and flax seeds.
- Chia seeds is optional.
- You can store the laddu in air tight container for 1 week.
