Ingredients

  • Weikfield jelly crystal mix - 1 Packet pineapple flavored
  • Hot water - 3 Coffee cups
  • Orange / Narangi slices - As required Seedless
  • Strawberry slices - As required
  • Banana / Kela - 1 tsp finely chopped
  • Grapes (green & black) - As required
  • Pomegranate / Anar - As required
  • tsp = teaspoon
  • tbsp = tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take both weikfield jelly crystal pineapple flavor mix powders in a pan.
  2. Add hot water and keep stirring continuously. Now heat it on low flame for a few seconds till the mixture becomes clear. Keep stirring continuously.
  3. Then turn off the flame. Keep it aside till the mixture becomes luck warm.
  4. Further, take a cake tin. Arrange orange slices, strawberries, bananas, grapes, and pomegranates in the cake tin.
  5. Now carefully pour the prepared luck warm jelly mixture into the cake tin. Let it set for 45 minutes at room temperature.
  6. Then you can put it in the refrigerator to serve it chilled.
  7. Insert 4 toothpicks at all 4 sides of the cake tin. Then place a plate over it and flip the cake tin and tap it to take out the cake on the serving plate. Remove toothpicks and cut it.
  8. 'Jelly Fruit Cake | Fruit Jelly Cake' is ready to be served.
