Tips and Suggestions by a Mom Chef:
- You can prepare Kanika in a pressure cooker instead of a clay pan.
- Cook rice till 1 whistle in the pressure cooker, then remove steam and leave it for 10 minutes.
- The ratio of water to rice should be 2:1.
