Kesari Bath is a popular dish. As the name suggests the kesari, the dish gets it’s color from the saffron. Rava Kesari is it’s other name. Sometimes, it is served with the Khara Bath also. It tastes best when made using the fine sooji. This dish requires saffron, dry fruits, fine semolina, sugar and ghee. The more the amount of ghee tastier the dish becomes. - The ratio of sooji to sugar should be 1:1.
- The ratio of sooji to water should be 1:3.
- The coarse sooji should be ground to make it fine.
