Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Do not add water to the batter mixture, as the lauki/bottle gourd has enough water content for binding the balls.
- Instead of ginger-garlic paste, you can add chopped ginger and chopped garlic.
- You can add colored capsicums also.
- For making this dish with gravy base, add water-cornflour mixture, as per your requiement.
