Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- To boil the noodles, just boil water. Once boiled add salt and noodles. Boil it for a minute and drain the water. Sprinkle oil on it to make it non-sticky.
- Cut the veggies in long pieces.
- Do not cook the veggies completely. Keep them crunchy.
- After sauteing the veggies, switch off the gas and add boiled noodles. This will prevent the veggies from burning and you can toss the noodles very well.
