A wonderful way to utilize the leftover food, making it into enjoyable dish for kids and adults. The besan mixture requires gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, green chili, onion, salt and coriander leaves. The roti on layering with sabji and the besan mixture from both the sides makes it a thick stuffed like roti. It tastes great with tomato sauce or ketchup and chutney.
