Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- The ratio of makki aata/maize flour and water should be 1:2 that is 1/2 cup makki flour and 1 cup water. You can incease the quantity of water if you want.
- Baking soda is a compulsory ingredient for this recipe so do add it.
- Serve this khich when it is hot with ghee/clarified butter or sesame oil.
