- You can add milk powder or readymade khoya instead of homemade khoya.
- The mustard oil should be heated well.
- Add dry fruits in the kofta for a nice flavor and taste.
- Add salt carefully to the sabji as kofte also contains salt.
- You can add homemade malai instead of homemade khoya to the gravy.
