Malai Toast is a delicious snack and breakfast. 

Malai Toast is quick and easy to prepare tiffin snack or breakfast or tea-time snack for everyone. It uses lots of veggies along with malai/homemade cream. This makes it healthier and tastier dish. You can prepare this snack without any hassle for the busy morning. Kids will love this toast because it is crunchy and has amazing taste. By making this toast, kids will eat lots of veggies happily. So, try to make it at home and enjoy. Do share your feedback as well.

Ingredients

  • Bread - 4 Slices
  • Sooji/ Semolina - 3 Teaspoon
  • Malai/ Homemade Cream - 2 Teaspoon
  • Chopped Pyaaz/ Onion - 1 Tablespoon
  • Grated Gajar/ Carrot - 1 Tablespoon
  • tri Colour Shimlamirch/ Tri Colour Bell Peppers - 1 to 2 Tablespoon
  • Tamatar/ Tomato - 1 Tablespoon chopped
  • Hari mirch/ Green chilli - 1 chopped
  • Dhaniya patta/ Coriander leaves - 1 Tablespoon chopped
  • Namak/ Salt - as per taste
  • Chaat Masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Crushed Kali mirch/ Black pepper - 1/2 Teaspoon or as per taste
  • Butter - as required

Instructions

  1. Add malai, semolina, chopped onion, grated carrot, tricolour capsicum, tomato, green chilli, and coriander leaves in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add salt, chaat masala, and crushed black pepper. Mix well again.
  3. Take a bread slice, spread butter, and then the prepared mixture.
  4. Meanwhile, heat a tawa.
  5. Put the bread slice upside down. Cook it on a low flame. Apply butter on the top side.
  6. Once it is cooked, flip it, and cook it. Once done, take it out and cut into pieces.
  7. Delicious 'Malai Toast' is ready to be served.
