Malpua- Rajasthani Dessert is a soft, fluffy, and yet crisp pancakes soaked in sugar syrup. Rajasthan is famous for many sweets and one of them is ‘Malpua’ which is delicious and mouthwatering. The inner texture is fluffy and the outside edges are crisp. Ghee is traditionally used for frying malpua and they are also deep-fried. Generally, it is served with rabdi or thickened sweetened milk.
