Manchali Chutney is a chutney of mango, onion, mint. Raw mango, onions, and mint can beat the heat in the summertime. Everyone should use them in a daily diet. I made a quick chutney with all these ingredients that are super in taste and liked by all. There are many variations of making mango chutney from sweet to sour to raw to cooked versions. The flavor is really unlike anything you’ve tasted before. This chutney is sweet and spicy and is delicious either as a spread, a dip, or used as a side dish with rice or paratha.
