Mango Falooda Dessert is a creamy and rich-in-taste dish. This dessert requires only a few ingredients like weikfield falooda mix, custard powder, biscuits, and milk. Moreover. you can prepare this dessert in advance and serve it with a nice colorful topping to your guest within a few minutes. In addition, it tastes amazing with buttery biscuits crumbs layer, custard falooda mixture, and a nice garnishing with mango, pomegranate, and pistachio. Ingredients

  • FOR PREPARING MANGO FALOODA CUSTARD MIXTURE :
  • Weikfield mango falooda mix - 1 Packet
  • Full fat milk - 1 Litre + 1 Cup
  • Weikfield mango custard powder - 3 tbsp
  • FOR PREPARING MANGO FALOODA DESSERT :
  • Biscuit crumbs - 1 Cup
  • Melted butter - As required
  • Mango / Aam - 1 Chopped for garnishing
  • Pomegranate seeds / Anar dane - For garnishing
  • Pistachios flakes - For garnishing
  • tsp = teaspoon
  • tbsp = tablespoon

Instructions

  1. FOR PREPARING MANGO FALOODA CUSTARD MIXTURE :
  2. Boil milk in a pan. Boil for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame. Keep stirring continuously.
  3. Now add weikfield mango falooda mix gradually and keep stirring continuously.
  4. Let it boil for 10 minutes on low flame. Keep stirring occasionally.
  5. Take 1 Cup of milk in a bowl. Add weikfield mango custard powder. Mix well to prepare a lumps-free slurry.
  6. Now keep stirring continuously and add the prepared custard mixture to a boiling milk pan. Boil it for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame till the mixture becomes thick.
  7. Once boiled well, turn off the flame. Let it cool down. Then keep it in a refrigerator.
  8. FOR PREPARING MANGO FALOODA DESSERT :
  9. Take biscuit crumbs in a bowl. Add melted butter gradually and mix it well.
  10. Now take a serving glass. Add the prepared biscuit crumbs. Press it and make a thin layer of it.
  11. Then add the prepared custard falooda mixture. Now keep it in a freezer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  12. Now garnish it with mango pieces, pomegranate, and pistachio flakes.
  13. 'Mango Falooda Dessert' is ready to be served.
