Tips and suggestions by the Mom Chef:-
- In a mortar and pestle , place the roasted peanuts, lightly press and stir, so that the skin comes off easily.
- Roast the peanuts till they are brown to slight black in color.
- You can store the roasted peanuts for 15 to 20 days in dry container.
