- Roast the murmure/puffed rice on a low flame while stirring it continuously.
- You can store the bel mixture (roasted murmure, sev, papdi) in an airtight container for a longer time.
- Make this bhel using green chutney and khajoor ki chutney and homemade chaat masala.
