Tindora or Coccinia is a must for preparing the bhat. This is a no onion-no garlic recipe that means this recipe does not use onion and garlic. So, everyone can enjoy this mouthwatering meal. Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Tindora or Coccinia or Tendli is a must so, do not avoid it. Moreover, you can add veggies of your choice.
- You can substitute Goda Masala with Garam Masala if you are unable to find it.
- Serve the bhat by garnishing it with ghee/clarified butter, fresh coconut and coriander leaves.
