- Make a coarse paste of the green peas or matar.
- Besan or gram flour absorbs the moisture of green peas and prevent the paratha from breaking.
- You can add green chillies according to your taste in the stuffing.
- For roasting the paratha, first, roast the paratha on a high flame until light brown spots appear on both the sides. Then only apply ghee and rost.
