Mooli Ka Paratha is a delicious and healthy paratha. The spicy radish mixture stuffed in the dough, rolled and cooked to make this yummy paratha. Tips and Suggestion by Mom Chef:-
- Squeeze the water of radish completely to make perfect paratha. Else, the stuffing will be too wet to make the paratha.
- To make the perfect puffed up paratha, grease the tawa with oil then wipe it with a cloth. Repeat the process after roasting every paratha.
- Cook one chapati before making any paratha. It will grease the tawa and prevent the paratha from sticking.
- Serve the paratha with Mirchi Ka Achar.
