Mayonnaise Sandwich | Veg Mayo Sandwich is a delicious breakfast and snack for all.

Mayonnaise Sandwich | Veg Mayo Sandwich is a very quick and easy to make sandwich recipe. It does not require much ingredients and time. You can easily prepare this sandwich using veg mayonnaise, onion, capsicum, some seasoning. This has green chutney and cheese in it, that enhances the flavour and taste. It is creamy and cheesy sandwich that will be loved by not only kids but adults too. So, try to make this easy sandwich at your end and enjoy.

  • You can add veggies like carrot or colourful capsicum too.
  • You can use Green chutney or tomato ketchup as a spread.
  • Use any type of seasoning of your choice – Mexican seasoning or Italian seasoning.

Ingredients

  • Bread - 2 Slices
  • Veg Mayonnaise - 2 Tablespoon
  • Onion - 1 Teaspoon
  • Green Capsicum - 1 Teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder - a pinch
  • Mexican Seasoning or any other seasoning - as per taste
  • Green Chutney - as required
  • Grated Cheese - as required
  • Melted Butter OR Ghee/Clarified butter - as required for roasting

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add mayonnaise, black pepper powder, mexican seasoning, finely chopped onion, capsicum. Mix well.
  2. Spread green chutney on one side of both the bread slices. Then spread the mayonnaise mixture on one bread slice. Add some grated cheese and cover it with another bread slice (chutney side should be down)
  3. Meanwhile heat a pan or tawa.
  4. Spread some butter on sandwich and roast until it turns crispy and nice golden colour. Take it out and cut into triangular shape.
  5. Delicious 'Mayonnaise Sandwich | Veg Mayo Sandwich' is ready to be served.
