Methi Puri | Methi Poori in Air Fryer is a crispy snack flavoured with fenugreek leaves. These are made in the air fryer with whole wheat flour hence are very healthy. These are very delicious and healthy tea time snacks made with very less oil. This is a perfect tea-time snack or kids snack recipe. This snack offers a combination of savoury and bitter taste which makes it a unique snack as compared to other snacks. There are two versions of this puri – ones is an immediate version of breakfast or other meals and second is dry version similar to Farsi poori. This is a dry version which you can store for a longer time. So, try to make this crispy snack at home and enjoy your tea-time with family members.

- You can use dry fenugreek leaves or kasuri methi because fresh methi leaves are seasonal.
- Knead a medium hard dough to make this puri/poori.
- Store these pooris in an airtight container.
