Tips and Suggestions by the Mom Chef :
- You can add green chilli with its seeds.
- You can add jaggery and tamarind pulp instead of sweet tamarind chutney to the achar.
- Soak the tamarind for 10 minutes in the water to prepare its pulp.
- You can store sweet tamarind chutney in refrigerator for 3 to 4 months.
