Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Amount of lime juice and amchoor can be adjusted as per your taste.
- Prepare this and keep for 1-2 hours before serving. This will let the flavours mix well with the chillies.
- If you are not in a hurry to have instantly, you can just add the tempering to raw crushed chillies and add the spices. Mix all well and keep for 2 days stirring at times to get it ready for consumption. This will have a long shelf life up to months.
