Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- If split yellow mustard/rai dal is not available, then mustard seeds can be crushed and used.
- Only a little amount of rai dal should be added to the pickle.
- A little oil can be added to the pickle or it can be avoided altogether.
- The pickle should be marinated for 6 to 8 hours before it is refrigerated.
- This pickle can be stored in the refrigerator for a week.
