Mix Dal Paratha | Protein Rich Paratha is a yummy paratha for all, especially for vegetarians. This is a famous paratha of Rajasthani cuisine. This paratha is loaded with protein and other nutrients. The mixture of green gram/moong dal, black gram/urad dal, bengal gram/chana dal, pigeon peas/toor dal, red lentil dal/masoor dal used to make the paratha. Fennel seeds give a nice flavour to the paratha with other spices. You can easily prepare the paratha for your meals and for the lunch box of the children or even for an evening snack.
