Ingredients

  • Oil - 1 tbsp + As required
  • Ginger-Green Chilli Paste / Adrak-Hari Mirchi Paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Onion / Pyaz - 1 Finely chopped
  • Carrot / Gajar - 1/2 Finely chopped
  • Beans - 1/2 Cup Finely chopped
  • Salt - As per taste
  • Boiled Potato / Uble Hue Aloo - 2 Peeled and mashed
  • Flattened Rice / Poha - 2 to 3 tbsp washed + As required
  • Coriander Leaves / Hara Dhaniya - A handful + As required
  • Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp + As required
  • Dry Mango Powder / Amchur - 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tsp
  • All Spice Mix Powder / Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder / Haldi - 1/2 tsp
  • Half-Cooked Roti - 1
  • Green Chutney / Hari Chutney - As required
  • tsp = teaspoon
  • tbsp = tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add ginger-green chilli paste, onion, carrot, and beans. Mix well. Saute it for 1 to 2 minutes on high flame.
  2. Then add salt and mix well. Keep the veggies crunchy. Once done, turn off the flame. Keep it aside.
  3. Take boiled potato in a mixing bowl. Add washed poha, coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp of chaat masala, dry mango powder, salt, red chilli powder, all spice mix powder, turmeric powder, and sauteed vegetables. Mix well.
  4. Take a small ball sized of the mixture and make a cylinder shaped tikki. Likewise, prepare all tikkis.
  5. Grease the Philips air fryer tray with oil. Place the prepared 8 tikki on the Philips air fryer tray and apply oil on them. Put the tray in the air fryer.
  6. Switch on the Philips air fryer and set the temperature at 200 degree Celsius for 12 minutes and air fry the tikki.
  7. Once done, switch off the air fryer and take out all the tikki on the plate. Keep it aside.
  8. Take a half cooked roti. Spread green chutney on it. Then put 3 tikkis vertically in the center of it.
  9. Add coriander leaves on it. Sprinkle chaat masala on it. Then fold it to make a wrap. Press it.
  10. Meanwhile, heat a tawa. Apply oil and add prepared roti wrap. Apply oil on both sides. Roast it from both sides for 1 to 2 minutes till it becomes crispy.
  11. Once done, take it out on a serving plate and cut it.
  12. 'Mix Veg Poha Tikki Wrap Without Frying' is ready to be served.
