Mixed Vegetable Soup | Mix Veg Soup is a mouthwatering and healthy dish.

Want some warm and soothing dish for winters. So, here the recipe of ‘Mixed Vegetable Soup | Mix Veg Soup’ for everyone which is delicious and healthy. This is quick and easy to prepare without any hassle. You just need veggies like onion, potato, tomato, bottle gourd, carrot. This does not require any thickening agent hence it is super healthy. Potato is used as a thickening agent in this recipe. This is delicious and nutritious soup. You can serve it as a light meal or a starter. Everyone will love this soup. Ingredients

  • Tamatar/ Tomato - 3
  • Gajar/ Carrot - 1
  • Aloo/ Potato - 1
  • Pyaaz/ Onion - 1
  • Lauki/ Bottle gourd - 1/2 peeled
  • Kali Mirch powder/ Black pepper powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Laal Mirch powder/ Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Namak/ Salt - as per taste
  • Butter - 1 Tablespoon
  • Cheese - as required

Instructions

  1. Wash all the veggies and chop them. Take a pressure cooker and add chopped veggies, 2 cups of water, little salt. Pressure cook for 5 to 6 whistles on a high flame. Once done, turn off the flame and let the veggies cool completely.
  2. Grind all the veggies by adding a little water and then strain the mixture.
  3. Heat butter in a pan. Add the strained soup to it. Cook it on a medium flame.
  4. Add black pepper powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix well and cook.
  5. Once it boils, add grated cheese. Mix well and cook for a minute and then turn off the flame.
  6. Delicious 'Mixed Vegetable Soup | Mix Veg Soup' is ready to be served.
