Mungfali Salad | Peanut Salad is a lip-smacking salad for everyone. 

Mungfali Salad | Peanut Salad is a crispy and colourful salad. This uses lots of veggies like cucumber, tomato, beetroot, carrot which makes it healthy and tasty. This is quick and easy to prepare with easily available ingredients. Moreover, this does not require much cooking time and efforts. You can have this as a snack or lunch or dinner. This salad is high in protein and fibre hence it will fulfil the dietary requirements of the body. So, try to make this salad at home and enjoy it with your loved ones. Ingredients

  • Mungfali/ Peanuts - 1 Cup
  • Kheera/ Cucumber - 2 to 3 Tablespoon diced
  • Tamatar/ Tomato - 2 to 3 Tablespoon diced
  • Chukandar/ Beetroot - 2 to 3 Tablespoon diced
  • Fresh Nariyal/ Coconut - 2 Tablespoon grated
  • Gajar/ Carrot - 1 small grated
  • Namak/ Salt - as per taste
  • Kali Mirch powder/ Black pepper powder - as per taste
  • Kala Namak/ Black salt - as per taste
  • Shehed/ Honey - 2 Teaspoon
  • Nimbu/ Lemon - 1/2
  • Dhaniya Patta/ Coriander Leaves - a handful chopped

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the peanuts for 2 to 3 minutes on a low flame. Then let it cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add and mix well roasted peanuts, cucumber, tomato, beetroot, carrot, coconut, salt, black salt, black pepper powder, honey, lemon juice, and coriander leaves.
  3. Delicious 'Mungfali Salad | Peanut Salad' is ready to be served.
