Mungfali Wale Karele ki Sabzi is a nutritious and the tastiest preparation. This has an amazing taste because of peanuts and jaggery with zero bitterness. Most of the people don’t like to eat karela as it is bitter in taste. This sabzi will not taste bitter because of its unique way of preparation. Follow these tips to make this delicious sabzi and you will love this karela/bitter gourd. It is very healthy and tasty as well. So, do try it out at your end and let us know your feedback.

Tips and Suggestions by Mom Chef:-
- Marinate the karela and its peel in salt. Cover and keep it aside for at least 4 to 5 hours. Then wash them well and squeeze the water completely. Pate dry the karela and peels. This will reduce the bitterness.
- Cut the bitter gourd/karela in smaller pieces. This will require very less oil to cook.
- While cooking the karela, cook it on a low flame. Do not cover it while cooking else it will taste bitter.
- Peanuts and jaggery add flavour and help to reduce the bitterness.
